Fees and Charges

 JSBEP currently operates as a fully open-access journal with no Article Processing Charges (APCs). Authors are not required to pay any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, publication, or online access. The journal’s operational costs including editorial processes, peer-review management, typesetting, digital preservation, and web hosting are supported internally by the journal’s governing institution.

If, at any point, the journal adopts APCs, publication fees, or modifies its funding model, detailed information regarding the fee structure, payment procedures, and applicable conditions (including any tax requirements) will be transparently communicated on the journal’s official policy page. Any changes will be implemented with full consideration for fairness, accessibility, and the journal’s commitment to open scientific communication.
